Spring Cycling in K.C.

Spring in Kansas City is absolutely beautiful and this year has been no different. When I can, I jump on my road bike and ride the 15 miles to work on the Indian Creek Trail. It's a beautiful trail that curves alongside a creek. There are many blind turns, bridges, muddy underpasses and of course a lot of others walking dogs and jogging.

My Daughter Izzie

I wanted the first post on my blog to be about my daughter Isabel. She was born February 19th, 2008 on a cold icy winter evening. She has changed our lives tremendously (for the good.) She is certainly the most beautiful baby girl to crawl the earth. But, don't take it from me... see for yourself.
